Magma builds on Aggie's foundation, offering more tools, features, and opportunities for collaboration. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition for all Aggie users, preserving all art made on the Aggie platform while helping new joiners make the most of Magma.
Most importantly, all of Aggie’s free features are part of Magma’s free Spark plan. That means you can continue doing everything you were doing on Aggie for free!
Our team started out by creating aggie.io, but decided to focus our efforts on Magma when we acquired the domain for magma.com. With additional features like cursor previews and texture brushes, plus more support for creative studios, we think Magma can offer more to our users. We don't want to have two separate communities, so we’re merging Aggie and Magma to ensure every artist has the best possible experience with us.

How do I move my artwork over from Aggie?
We recommend that you export your Aggie artwork as a PSD and upload the file to Magma, where you’ll be able to continue working on it.
What will happen to all the artwork currently on Aggie?
Eventually, non-migrated artwork will be deleted. Magma users will be able to request copies of their Aggie PSD files until April 1, 2025.
